It depends a bit on what you're looking for. If you want the Rohirrim to be closer to the existing warriors, the minis mentioned before by other are great. For minis closer to the books (in the books, the Rohirrim only wore long coats of chain mail), I got a few more recommendations.

Crusader Dark Age Ranges, like the Normans:

Excellent minis, I got some Byzantines as well and I can really recommend this company.

Musketeer Miniatures, Dark Ages, like early Saxons:

Alternatively, the Late Romans/Anglo-Romans or the Goths, might be great!

Artizan Design, Dark Ages, like the Vikings (especially good for foot, no mounted here):

The Carolingians might be closer to the Rohirrim in the movies for the use of scale mail, with a head swap.

Perry Miniatures, First Crusade. Lots of mounted troops, all looking great!

I got some Muslims from the First Crusade and they look great. Amazing sculpts, great casts and great prices! I can really recommend these as well.

Ebobminiatures, Dark Age Normans:

Only foot models so far, but oh do they look marvelous?! I think so!
Again, I can really recomment Ebob: great sculpts, great casts and great prices.

Gripping Beast, Dark Age minis from SAGA:

Especially the Normans, Carolingian Franks, and perhaps Strathclyde Welsh seem to be useful, though if you are looking for infantry, other ranges are great as well.
Like the other companies, I got some GB minis and I can really recommend also this company.

Wow those muskateer minis are really impressive, especially the named characters.
In other words, you're completely spoilt for choice, and I'd take most of those over GW Warriors of Rohan.

There's also the (somewhat oversized from looking) Anglecynn from Mierce Miniatures, maybe some good commander models in there, but again I'm not sure of the scale of them.

They do, they do! I still haven't ordered any Musketeer minis though, so I cannot comment on how they are in real-life. They will undoubtedly be fantastic, though!

Those Anglecynn do indeed look great, but they are a bit bigger than GW's LotR minis. I thought they are 32mm scale, but in their FAQ, they are talking about 30mm.

Aella is a great miniature and would work well as a Rohan Captain. Heres mine:

But the Gedriht Hearthguard are a little odd - their heads bulge out and look convex. And some of the hands on mine came miscast, the hands are solid blocks of metal and needed to be cut and filed down to fit in the weapons. Otherwise, they're great miniatures and very detailed.

Also, check out their new King Arthur, hes amazing. :yay: He'd work well as King Theoden or Eorl the Young.
