I am no expert painter but are you painting them to GW's paint scheme or looking for a new scheme to go off?
Hopefully one of the commission painters will comment on this to help you out soon.

This is my three hunters Aragorn if its any help?

yep, that is going to be your first decision. What scheme do you want? The basics of painting are the same across all minis and colors though. The most common method used today is basecoat, wash, highlight (IE drybrush, or layer). The classic way of painting a mini is to start with a dark color (for example, painting flesh), bestial brown, dwarf flesh, Dwarf flesh + bleached bone. you would leave each other color exposed slightly so the viewer could see the progression of dark colors to light colors. If you want GW's scheme, they recommend (especially for gorn) a "raw color" dwarf flesh followed by flesh wash and rehighlighted with dwarf flesh followed by a final highlight of dwarf flesh plus bleached bone. It will give you the raw weathered look.
