Nice scenery. Fits to the scenario :)

Looks like you had great fun. A bit surprised Boromir got so tied up against that one captain though!

nice battle report. shame Boromir didn't see much action and i was surprised at the unimpressive display of power from the Khandish horsemen - it looked like a lot lined up, but the only a couple reached the fight.

Yeah so was I. Boromir was pretty much pitched up against the D6 Easterlings the whole fight... despite winning the fights on several occasions I had at least two maybe three rounds where I didn't roll higher than a 3 with 3 dice for the wound roll!

Think I might look to take him mounted in future, that way get bonus attack and knock downs with trapped models...

Yeah, Boromir got tied up fighting the D6 Easterlings and I just couldn't break out with him... my dice were terrible when it came to rolling to wound...

There were 7 Khandish Horse to start... in first round of shooting I got lucky, with three shots killed one and unhorsed another. Second round Andrew decided to stay put and return fire but the wall saved me and I shot back killing the guy on foot leaving me up against 5...

2 then peeled off and joined the main battle, and three broke in through the ruin. I had called a heroic move with Faramir to get two WoMT back in position backed by rangers with spears who had fallen back from the walls, but the lone ranger that got caught was just out of the 'with-me' range...

The D4 of the Khandish light horse made them relatively easy to deal with in small numbers... in the confines of the ruin... and I pulled another ranger back from the main battle to hit the horsemans flank once engaged...

Another great battle report with fantastic miniatures! I love the absolute intensity of the battle. That chariot was a beast!

This is what normally happens when you face off gondor vs Rhun.... very similar profile guys in which makes the fights really really intense, well done on the battle :)
