in my first post i'll show you the dale warrior in different scheme color compared to the original box , i take the colors of laketown men , in my opinion they look more appropriate to the old glories of Dale ,even if i put them winter base with ruins of the city.

i'm sorry about the quality of images , and also about some imprecisions about flesh but i now i don't want to repaint them !
i concentrate more attention on a different scheme color :camo green , ocra yellow,and red/brown ;and on the base , if you asks why are so real ,because they are really true leafs !
the elf at the center of the group is Tauriel to me , because i don't want to spend 20 euros , and i make her more sexy with naked legs !






soon the photo of my favourite elfs ,and then .... i think palace guards ,with different scheme color and a lot of colorful leafs !

i decided to show you first the orc warband with bolg !!
the orc are with three different skin color and i added some tatoo ,some geometric , other more casual .
and finally Bolg , the true Bolg that i love for the first time ! in the last film there is only for 5 second....
the photo quality is not the best , but i done the azure eyes ! and add some skeleton heads to make him more merciless !

Your Bolg looks awesome ! Seems like it would be a great model to paint, full of detail.

here some dead ,the painting is very simple and perhaps i had exaggerate with ink...
but the best are the skull bases !they match perfect for them !
i have also the base to put the king , but it must be repainted , so imagine you that it is here ! (it is a ghost after all )


i have done some conversion to create lake town militia , because gw miniatures are simply horrible and expensive !


after these i think i'll post elf palace guard or something of evil , decide you!

i used a combinations of brown , green, orange , and added some grey ,but all of them are unique because i have try all colors i have in range !

i have used wargames factory miniatures , saxon in particular , they are perfect to do general militia like laketown or gondor or rohan !

i'm so sorry but i have only these four bases ! i'll try to do the others original like these !

and now some feral uruks , but i like call them personal guard of Bolg ! they match perfectly with him , the same illogical armor !the bases aren't finished ...


and now some photos of alternative lake town militia ideas , for me they are better than official gw blister.... all must be finished to painting !
i add some fur coat

i used mongol horde , and add some fur coat ,beard, and the blue vest.

an old project , rohan recoloured and add the helmet and fur coat .

and finally an old miniature of lotr (not gw) , it was a gondor man , but i use him for doing laketown guard .


and then , elfs or decide you !

Im doing sculpting and painting Service

i was absent for some days because i have to pass an important exam !!
now i'm free and ready to post my work !!
this is my mirkhood elf , i take a galadhrim and as you can see in the photo , i add the tunic on the chainmail ,add more hair and then create the armour and the helm .
it is very difficult to recreate the form of the helm ,but for now i'm satisfied !

if you have any advices on the conversion or painting, don't be shy show you at the light !!
i have 7 of them ,almost finished , tomorrow i think i'll post all together !

i have create also gundabad orcs using uruk-hai , these are old ,i think i made them immediately after i seen desolation of smaug !
they are a combination of uruk ,and arm and weapons from wargames factory orcs , i also add cloaks to make them differents from the others !
the "helms" are improvised with a lot of different objects ,there are weapons,pieces of armour , and green stuff .

if you are interested i'll post others photos of single piece and cloaks from behind !
