We played our first game of LotR SBG that was not to learn the game
We think we got most of the rules correct but we thought we would document the occasion anyway.

it looks like you had fun.

One thing I'll note is under the warband rules you need 1 hero for every 12 warriors.

We were playing the LotR SBG from the big blue rulebook because we arnt too fond of the warbands

A nice write up that I enjoyed reading

Just one thing to query really. You stated in turn 4 "However, the mighty uruk- hai captain was feeled by 2 dwarf warriors and the dwarf captain. The fight was a draw but with the dwarves higher fight value there was nothing the uruks could do."

Dwarf captains and Uruk captains have the same fight value, unless the king was involved in this fight?!, Then this fight should have gone down to a roll off (1-3 evil win, 4-6 good win) as per page 28 of the big blue book.

Looking forward to the next one. Don't have anyone to play with around my way so I have to live vicariously through battle reports! I'm a big Dwarf and Uruk Fan so this one was awesome for me
