Army building question

I'm a new player building an Gondor army, my question is as followes:

i.e. Court of the Dead King with a cost of 145pts + 60pts/ Company

is the cost of the first Company included in the Dead Kings cost of 145pts? I can't find anything in the rule book

Yes, the first company is 145 and then every additional company is 60

No!!!

The cost of the first company is not included in the 145! If only it were!

One company would cost: 205 (145 + 60)

Two companies: 265 (145 + 60 + 60)

etc.

The base cost in the various legendary formations is the price of the hero leading them, any upgrades (e.g. banners) and the special rules (if any) the leader gives them.

As a (very) loose rule of thumb it is 35 points for a banner and 25 points for each might point the hero brings with him. This does mean the Court of the Dead King is rather pricey. A standard unit of ghosts with an extra 2 Might hero captain and banner would cost you 85 points, so is the Shadowstride additional rule worth 60 points?
