I'm looking forward to the raptors. :-D

Here is a test model. I don't like how orange this one is, but basically I wanted to make them look similar to big cat colours - will have to use some reference material to get the colours right next time! (Still have 15 of them to paint).

This one is supposed to be a white variant. I like how it has come out.

Are those on 40 mm bases? Those are going to be huge next to the infantry models!! One bite and their dinner! :o

Excellent painting on them though!

Yep, cavalry bases (I think those are the 40mm ones?). They are Utahraptor/ Achillobator size compared to the humans. The Giant Spider rules (from Fall of the Necromancer - I haven't got the Desolation of Smaug book yet) suit them perfectly.

the poison gonna mess up that stuff a bunch :/ unlesss you get those re-rolls and call it sharp fangs and claws or something

I would vote them as wild warg and the alpha raptor as the wild warg chieftain...

Yeah, the "Poison" rule I just imagine as "Killing Claws."

I did think of using them as Wild Wargs and the Warg Chieftain but the power difference between the "regular" raptors and the chieftain just seemed a bit too great.

I will try both ways though and see which I like most.
