I'm assuming that you took a block of insulation foam and inscribed the blocks with pieces glued here and there?

It's just a regular insulation foam 30mm thick and I'm cutting it with a craft knife.

A craft knife? That is some serious precision! Do you have to swap out for new blades often? I can only imagine the foam dulling it very quickly.

I have not changed it a single time! Seriously! Maybe because of the foam. This one is less dense then the previous ones that I work with.
