Can monsters be commanded to drop their weapons thereby making them unarmed? I could've sworn I'd read something about this in the old rule book saying they couldn't be unarmed or something but no such clarification in the new rules? Highly likely it's sat right under my nose, if it is a page reference would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That's what I'd have gone with, is there a written notation of this anywhere?

Thanks!

I know in the old blue book their was a ruling that said you could pick up a weapon off of a dead ally, such as a bow or shield. I don't recall seeing this in the new book.

Why would you want to make one unarmed?

EDIT Oh, you meant Commanded as in the spell. Yeah, that's a no go.
