I like the troll with the face mask, but that's about it. Available individually?

Numenor Cavalry would be great.
Maybe some more variety for Arnor as well.

Numenor Cavalry would definitely look sweet, but actually the books tell us that they didn't use cavalry in combat or even horses as transportation (they were walking all the way to Rivendell when assaulted at Gladden Fields). I think somewhere were mention about auxiliary scouts on horseback but Im not 100% sure.

Arnor on the other hand had impressive cavalry forces at times!

I think Numenor should get same shieldwall rule as Iron HIlls have as it is clearly stated in book how effectively they used it in Gladden Fields. I am also waiting better bows for them as in book they use steel ones! That is as over the top as you get with Tolkien's books :D

Battle of the Last Alliance is my number one hope for Forge World to expand!

That new Thranduil looks sweet, really good and clear indication what is to be expected for futures "character series". I bet the price tag will be according... Dwarves look good as always!
Trolls are really nice, but way too big for my taste.

Anyway it is always exciting to see new stuff for Middle-Earth :D

Thanks for the video Andreas.

I like the Thranduil on Elk model. Infact, everything from the seminar sounds great. I'm glad that the SBG is making a return!

Thranduil himself looks great, but that elk looks a little cartoony IMO. Oh well.
The trolls look cool, but I was hoping we'd get that one troll with the hands and feet cut off and big spiked wrecking balls attached in their place?

It is a magnificent model, I find photos rarely due models justice compared to seeing them for real. The face is definitely one of the best up with the original Théoden sculpt.

I think we’ll probably get the Troll Brute as well at some point although it could be a long time.

Everything from TABA will arrive at one point. The new stuff will arrive at the latest by Warhammer Fest, at which point I think we will see more stuff previewed.

after these models what is left:
Good
4 Dwarfs on Goats
Dwarfs with crossbows
Dwarfs with swords
Captain on Goat
Chariot
Braga
Bain
Sigrid & Tilda
Percy
Hilda

Evil
Warbats
Brute (hopefully with option for a dwarf on top)
Catapult Troll
Signal Tower
Azog in Armor
Mercenary Captain
Mercenaries
Dol Guldur Ringwraiths
Gundabad orc with banner (hopefully an extra captain)

What do you think we will get first?

I think they will finish the Iron Hills & Gundabad armies first before they move on to Lake Town and the goblins.

Love the new models but wish they were a bit cheaper. It's difficult to build viable armies when a basic warrior costs £5-£6 (e.g. Gundabad orcs, Lake Town guard etc). Would love to see some plastic box sets!

You sure that is all? Or just speculating?
Because I was wondering if there might come a new Thranduil and perhaps some 12-packs for 40 GBP instead of 3 for 18 gbp. (Talking about Thranduil's Halls, Gundabad, Laketown etc...)

I believe that is it from TABA

There will of course be a minimum of 3 more years of releases from the MiddleEarth universe but unless the necromancer gets a new model I think I have included everything we are missing from the book

When I say missing from the book that is profiles that does not already have models. There could of course be more "alfrid" moments where we get something unexpected.

You know, I didn't even really notice that fancy base that Thranduil is set on at first. Is that something that is supposed to be part of the figure? Honestly, I just want Thranduil on a regular base, I'm not a big fan of these scenic type bases like Smaug has. And I'm sure those extra ruins will just jack the price up, unless it's just an option? What's the deal there, anyone know?

I love those lovely humongous Gundabad Trolls, especially Mr No Jambags. Anyone have an idea on price £40-£55?

Forgive me if I seem rude but I don't see how you think this is possible. Firstly, it is impossible for them to release all of the Gundabad army before the Goblins, because the only goblis to be released are the Goblin Mercenaries (which are in the Gundabad list) and the goblin crew of the Catapult Troll (which is also in the Gundabad List.
Secondly, they're releasing Thranduil on Elk before Dwarf Crossbowmen, thus they can't finish Iron Hills before moving onto a different list as we already have evidence they won't.

Fair point about the goblins.

As the rest of the Mirkwood list is already released, it hardly counts as moving onto a new list, surely they are just fixing a gap in the army?

I am just offering an speculative opinion. Forgive me for being so wrong

I'm with you there mate ; i must be honest, I prefer to base 'em myself - I would hope / imagine that it will be optional like Dain's so that you could maybe use it for other projects

From the picture it looks like the elk base is recessed into the scenic base so you should be able to remove him easily enough

Count me in, scenic bases look out of place. For example, if you're Battle is based in Mordor, the Dale Ruins just take me out of the immersion.
