Thanks for the feedback Rain and jhk, hopefully we'll find out more sooner rather than later. I wouldn't mind picking up the small rulebook for a reasonable price, I just don't have any desire to pick up the big one one at it's current price point, and I'm not really interested in the Goblin Town set (Not really a huge fan of the minis). Hopefully the BC book will at least have relevant profiles in it, so you don't have to buy all the army books just to play a few units from them.

If the past is any indication, there will be a new release or pre-order next Thursday or Friday for the Christmas buying season. So, I expect Battle Companies to at least be up for pre-order next weekend.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Forgeworld has a new product as well. Catapult trolls would be welcome, and the Christmas season would be a good release time for them since they will doubtless be expensive.
