There are two versions of him. One was released in Gondor in Flames. Which is useable? Also, are other units from there, such as Imrahil, useable, or are they forbidden from tournaments?

Isn't "Gondor in Flames" a supplement for LotRSBG? There is but a single Faramir option in WotR.

Are you referring to the differences in the profiles between GiF and the current version? Most of the time the profiles get reissued in new books with little to no change. Sometimes there are changes in points values and wargear however. It is best to go with the newest. Also, I will move this when I get to my PC at home.

Not sure what the newest is, as there is no official profile list... Is it GiF?

For all LOTR models, the proper place to check for their profile is the corresponding Sourcebook. There are 5 total sourcebooks for LOTR models and they are: Free Peoples, Kingdoms of Men, Mordor, Fallen Realms, and Moria & Angmar.

Faramir's profile can be found in the Kingdom of Men Sourcebook, with his point value and all available armor and weapon upgrades.

All Hobbit profiles can be found in either The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey book or the newer The Hobbit: There and Back Again book.

Hope this helps...
