Just another idea if you can't find one; buy the normal modle, cut around the legs, take of the base mount bit and cut away the centre cloak, and plop on a Rohan horse. Would only cost the in print model and horse. Could even leave the base mount on just the feet, so when the horse dies, you remove Isildur and place him on a base.
Just a thought.

That's a solid plan man!

For Elendil I think a simple head swap and maybe a bit of sword work on the forge world warden of gondor on horse would be absolute gas.

But I would love to own Isildur on horse just from a collectors pov

Ahhh... Ebay can be good for collectibles sometimes. I used it when I played Heroscape, Amazon had slightly higher prices but insurance.
