anyone play in london?

Join the ‘East Anglia Hobbit SBG Community’ on Facebook. There are a few members who meet occasionally near Waterloo in London and we all meet every month or so in Epping. I am in Watford also so not a huge trip for me into London.

Although I’m aware this is a very old thread, I’d thought I might throw out there that I’m just starting out and joined the Facebook group but it seems to be meeting quite far from London nowadays. Is there was any interest in getting a regular (only say, once a month) London meet up group going?

I typically don't hold with necromancy but I'll make an exception in this case. I think that if you are looking for people in your area to play against the best place to look is the GBHL facekbook group. The have members from all around the UK and someone there ought to be able to direct you to a London group in one exists.

MANy thanks! I had seen that Facebook group mentioned elsewhere but based on its name thought it was purely a competitive league for pros and only dealing with The Hobbit strategy game. Actually visiting the group would have cleared that up for me...

You could try the London Wargaming Guild, I think it's on "MeetUp".

I'm definitely interested in meets once this coronavirus is sorcerous blasted out of the UK. I'm based in East London but would suggest meeting at a hobby store.
