Looks like you'd have a pretty solid numbers advantage against a lot of other lists with this one. The heroes aren't great but between smoke bombs, crossbows, and reavers with backstab you ought to have a decent shot at pulling down something like Bolg or Boromir. My main point of concern is with the Bo'suns to reaver ration. I think that you will run into trouble, particularly in maelstrom deployment games, with your reavers hamstringing your named heroes. If one or two fail courage tests and start charging their friendly models early on it could lead to some trouble.
