Thank you guys very much for the pics...
I must admit I like the whole bundle. I even consider this Azog better than the foot version we already have...

I pretty much like Bard. It's the kind of figure I would consider getting if he was at a decent price.

Seeing how he's more likely to fall in the range of 25 pounds/37 euros, I'll pass on that one.

Thank you Werner for heads up, and to others for providing links!

THANK YOU.

Finally, Bolg. Saved my gift certificate since last Christmas for this guy, glad I did. may just swipe up that Rule book too. Then have to save for many months for the other stuff.

LEAKED PICTURE REMOVED BY ADMIN

Yeah they all look good. I would hold for an Azog with armour version, but that one looks sweet though no mounted white warg. Bolg is a must buy far as I'm concerned. Bard is cool, but will hold off hoping they release that foot version with bow they've shown long ago.

YESSS new leaks

Bard looks brilliant! I might have to buy him! It's a bit funny that he's named Bard the Bowman, but his mini has no bow. I'll have to convert one for him.

Bolg, about time! Looks pretty brilliant as well! Azog looks alright, I prefer the first miniature of him to be honest.

Notice that Bolg is finecast resin, I thought GW didn't use that branding anymore?

Nice releases all round. I think Bolg is the best though. Now I can decide exactly what I want from the past few weeks and then hopefully do the same thing for the New Year's releases! :D

Not a fan of these releases. But Bolg looks best of these 3

Not sure about Bard.

Bolg looks good.

I like the new Azog better, he looks more muscular. Might get him and sell/trade the original foot model.

Bolg looks very much like the movie version, I only dislike those barely clothed orcs with metal punched in their skin, its absurd...

^You know most of the miniatures have been great, but some of the film designs has been awful.

^You must be in the minority or those goblins are polarizing "love them or hate them". I found the whole Goblintown scene to be too ridiculous for my taste; the cgi, their overall design, the over the top action, and the King's mannerisms especially in extended edition. Just awful, I missed the Moria goblins. I saw the EFGT set as buying a plastic Thorin's company with Radagast, goblins were just a side bonus.
Yep, hope you haven't bought a mounted Thranduil yet. You never know when that elk model is coming.

Man...I was just happy to see Lord of the Rings again. Yes, Moria Goblins, and the initial battle was Gruesome....very much to my taste.

But I see it this way. The hobbit is much more for kids, and started to get published because someone(dont quote me here historians) had a child who brought it to his father who was a publisher no?

I dont care....the movies are good enough for me. I expect more from the minis line, but Im just happy to have the movies. Much unlike some here.

I'm annoyed that they released man-beorn early, then another one came with the bear. That was a sly move.

A **** move. I was lucky enough to find Beorn and man listed by mistake on a website for $25 together. I was lucky enough to snag two. I was going to buy ten if I could for that price for trade hahaha.

================================

As for the releases this time, awesome! Bolg, Ill admit will be my first purchase from this line. Ive been waiting for him, and a new Azog since they existed. Unfortunately, no armored Azog(yet).

Bard even looks gorgeous but as I dont really care for his stats or have men for him to really lead, he will not be a purchase. May be saved by new stats, but Idk if he will get any.

I do enjoy the films still as well despite not being gritty like Lord of the Rings. But yeah like you mentioned children's book which is amazingly entertaining for adults. When I think children's book, I think of Curious George.

For the upcoming releases, I'll eventually buy this Bolg. I'll take the new Azog over the old one though I'll wait to see if an armoured one comes out, and Bard is the best version I've seen of him yet except for that unreleased resin model which is the one I really want. This new Bard looks to be missing his bow, that's why I would hold off buying this. The longbow is his trademark, can't settle with just a sword in hand Bard.

Seems like GW is once again the victim of PJ's last minute change of plans, as that Azog does not have armor OR the swordlike arm-weapons. Bolg looks amazing though.

So far it's the purely digital things that are in short supply with this release.

Can't wait for someone to get their hands on the supplement so we know once and for all what we're getting. I will look for trolls, necromancers and ringwraiths - but I shall not trust to hope, it has forsaken these lands.

Wait, how was that a comment on what I said? :)

Yeah Im really hoping I dont have to buy an Azog and put my own armor on him...I suck at intricate work. Hopefully we know if theres an armored Azog release as soon as possible.

I can see them releasing rules to let him have armor and a shield for extra points, but putting a picture of the new unarmored azog in the book still technically leaving us wondering.
